Two lines on who you are: your sport, what you stand for off the field, and who follows you.

A recent photo of you alone, in action or a clean portrait. No team shots, no filters.

The two lines are your positioning statement, shortened. If you have the blueprint, start from the sentence it gives you.

Take every number from your Insights or Analytics on the same day, and say which month. Never round up: a brand can check each one.

Engagement rate is average likes plus average comments per post, divided by followers, over your last 10 posts. Indicative benchmarks by account size, which vary by sport and platform: 6% under 1k followers, 4.5% from 1k to 10k, 3% from 10k to 50k, 2.2% from 50k to 100k, 1.6% over 100k.

Where your followers are and how old they are tell a brand whether your followers are its customers.

Three topics you post about again and again: the work, the life around it, and one thing off the field. The blueprint gives you yours.

A brand looks for the pillar its product fits into.

Brands I already use

Organic, not paid

Only brands you use and post about without being paid. Tag them when you do.

A brand that finds itself here, posted for months, reads you as a real customer. Anything you were paid for goes under results.

One or two posts or campaigns, with the numbers from Insights. An organic post that did well counts.

Ready when we present you

  • Keep it to one page. If it runs over, cut words, never numbers.
  • Update it every month, and change the date beside your audience.
  • Save it as a PDF with your name and the month in the file name, for example your-name-athlete-profile-october-2026.pdf.
  • Send us the latest version with your brand brief, before your day 90 review.
  • Real numbers only. A brand can check every one of them.

Next, in week 10: your brand brief for us.
