Athlete platform terms: Ambassadors of Sport

1Who we are

These terms are between you and Ambassadors of Sport ("AoS", "we", "us"), a product of The Gatekeepers Club, a business registered in France. They cover the athlete roster at ambassadorsofsport.com/roster, your profile on it, and your account at my.ambassadorsofsport.com.

2Who may join

You are 18 or over. We check your date of birth when you join, and we keep nothing from anyone younger.
You are a real athlete, and the profile is yours: one person, one profile.
The photographs and the video you add are your own, or you hold the rights to use them, with the agreement of anyone who can be recognised in them.
What you tell us is true.

3Your profile

What is public: Your name, sport, level, club and country; your headline, story and season goals; your photographs and highlight video; your audience numbers; and, for Pro and Represented athletes whose numbers we have checked, a Fair Value.
What is never shown: Your date of birth, email, phone, WhatsApp, social handles, management details and payout details.

We review every profile before it goes live, and every change you send for review. We may decline a profile, ask for changes, or suspend a profile that breaks these terms, and we tell you when we do.

4The tiers

Listed: Free. A profile on the roster, reviewed by us, with your numbers shown as self-declared.
Pro: $149 a year, billed yearly in advance in US dollars. Pro renews automatically each year. You can cancel at any time from your account: Pro then runs to the end of the year you have paid for, and does not renew.
Your right to withdraw from Pro: You may withdraw within 14 days of paying, with a full refund, unless the Brand Building programme has started at your request. Write to admin@ambassadorsofsport.com.
Represented: By invitation only, and never bought. Representation is agreed in its own written agreement.

5The Brand Building credit

If you buy the $49 Brand Building programme, you receive a personal code worth $49 off your first year of Pro.

It is valid for 12 months from your purchase, and can be used once.
It is personal to you, the buyer, and applies to Pro only.
It is not issued to anyone under 18.
Only a full refund of the $49 cancels it.

6Deals

Every contact with brands goes through AoS. Brands and backers write to us, never to you directly.
AoS takes 20% of the cash on deals made through AoS.
AoS takes 10% of the cash on deals you bring that AoS closes for you.
There is no commission on product: kit, equipment or services given in kind.
Each deal has its own written agreement, which sets out what you deliver, what you are paid and when.
Pro does not change the commission.

7Your content

Your words, photographs, video and numbers stay yours. You allow AoS to show them on the platform and on AoS's own channels while your profile is live. You can remove them at any time, from your account or by writing to admin@ambassadorsofsport.com.

8Fair play

Your numbers are true and your own.
No bought followers, likes or views.
AoS may check your numbers at any time, and may remove the Verified mark, or suspend your profile, if they are not true.

9Your data

How we collect, use and keep your personal data is set out in our privacy policy, including what a public profile shows and how to take it down.

10Changes to these terms

We tell you before a material change to these terms takes effect, and we update the date at the top of this page.

11The law that applies

These terms are governed by French law.
