Engagement

An advisory retainer, not a commission.

For

Brands, investors, rights holders, and teams.

Method

Advisory, access, and delivery.

The difference

We can staff the room we describe.

The remit

Advisory that reaches the people.

Most advisory in sport stops at the strategy. A position is defined, a deck is delivered, and the client is left to find the talent, build the room, and prove the outcome on their own.

We work the same strategic altitude: how to enter a sport, how to structure a partnership, how to build the relationships that make it pay. The difference is what sits underneath. We represent athletes across eight sports, from the lower rungs of the ladder up, and we draw on the private client network of The Gatekeepers Club. So the strategy is not theoretical. The endorsement is a real athlete, the room is a real cohort, and the result is written down.

One point of contact, from the first conversation to the report. The client does not manage the moving parts.

The work

Four pillars. One mandate.

i.

Growth strategy

Entering or scaling within a sport with a clear position and a long horizon. From Formula 1 and endurance racing to the grassroots of any of our eight sports. A path into the ecosystem, not a logo on it.

ii.

Deal architecture

Partnerships structured beyond sponsorship: cash, equity, or commercial platforms that compound over time. We design the structure, then negotiate it, on terms that hold up six years out, not six weeks.

iii.

Relationship platforms

Curated rooms of founders, investors and family offices, built around a sporting moment, with an athlete present who is known to the guests. Delivered through the Ambassador Programme and measured by attribution.

iv.

Talent strategy

Aligning a brand or a team with the right athletes, sourced from our own network. We sign talent on the way up, so the alignment is early, credible, and built to last a career rather than a season.

Why the advice is different

We own the layers others only describe.

A strategy firm can write a sound plan. Acting on it needs a talent layer, a network, and a delivery team. We hold all three, which is why the advice arrives already connected to the people who make it real.

01

The talent layer

We represent the athletes. An endorsement strategy is not a recommendation to go and find someone. It is a name we already work with, whose schedule, values and goals we know.

02

The network

The private client base of The Gatekeepers Club: founders, operators, investors and family offices. The room is not hypothetical. We fill it, by name, for fit.

03

The delivery

We execute the strategy and report on what it produced. Named introductions, conversations logged, leads identified. The renewal conversation rests on a document, not a feeling.

On advisory

"Advice that ends at the strategy asks the client to do the hardest part alone: find the talent, build the room, and prove it worked. We keep going, because that is where the value actually sits."
From the practice

Who we advise

Four kinds of mandate. One standard.

The remit is the same in each case: a clear position, the right relationships, and a result that can be read on a page. The starting point differs.

Brands

Companies seeking cultural relevance and a credible position inside a sport, with the athlete relationships and the rooms to make it commercial. Beyond a logo, into a platform.

Investors and funds

Capital exploring sport as an asset class and a relationship engine. We map the entry, structure the position, and connect it to the operators and founders who matter.

Rights holders and teams

Series, teams and properties looking to deepen commercial relationships and open new ones. We bring the private network and the talent strategy to the table alongside the rights.

Institutions

Organisations using sport to build standing and relationships across borders. Discreet by default, structured with precision, delivered through people we already know.

Reach and register

Monaco and the Riviera. Reach across Europe and Africa.

We work from the south of France, at the centre of the European sporting and financial calendar, with athletes and relationships across Europe and Africa. The work is discreet by default. Names are shared when there is a reason to, and not before.
